Connect Deeply to Your Truest Self.
Meet Ashley Sayre.
Between the ages of 51 and 55, my life changed in almost every way imaginable. I navigated a difficult divorce after a long marriage, the loss of both of my parents, a move to Asheville where I knew almost no one, Hurricane Helene, menopause, dating again after 25 years, and becoming an empty nester after raising three children.
Along the way, I discovered that surviving major life transitions isn't about becoming someone new. It's about connecting deeply to yourself.
Today, I share my journey through writing and life coaching, along with the everyday practices that have helped me build a stronger, more intentional life: meditation, lifting heavy weights, healthy cooking, hiking, gardening, and embracing life in Asheville.
As an iPEC-trained life coach, a Hoffman Process graduate, and a novelist, I'm passionate about helping women navigate midlife transitions with self-awareness, self-compassion, and joy.
Wherever you are in your transition, I hope my work helps you get, and stay, connected to your truest self, so you can enjoy a life you genuinely love.
